African/Caribbean Caterers in London - please send us your details for free listing and inclusion on our Catering Network.  Please include your name or business name, brief description of your services and contact details - Let us know what information you want disclosed or displayed to potential customers and any specialist areas, capacity/capability-  Essentially you must have/hold a Food hygeine certification or knowledge and ideally have a knowledge of HACCP(safe food preparation using microbiological critical control point system),  Customers will usually ask you for this information. You do not have to be a chef, but you must be a good cook with the ability to handle the volume of cooking that you have indicated, You negotiate terms/prices/contracts directly with your clients/customers. Visit the Food standards agency and Chartered Institute of Environmental Health for information about related qualifications and information. We shall also send you some information about our terms of listing/association which we would ask you to agree to prior to addition.
