We also cater for specialised needs such as vegetarian, lactose and salt free and halal. We are happy for you to try out the foods before you buy. Our minimum order for all meal types is two and we will prepare these for you to collect or have delivered to your door. Tasting Orders are subject to a 5% discount and we welcome you to discuss and consult with us regarding this and we will invoice you as required. You will be provided with a proforma of suggestions, tips and ideas to help you make the right choices. You will be provided with a no obligation quote tuned to your budget and based on your needs. We will work with you all the way to ensure you have a lovely, stress free and organised day. Payment Naijamaican accepts payments by cash for orders below £50 by prior arrangement with us. You may also pay using Transcash at any post office. When filling in forms quote Naijamaican's ID NUMBER 5974763 and the reference number is your ORDER NUMBER-SURNAME/ORGANISATION NAME which can be obtained by using the cash on delivery optionon checkout. Please retain your reciept as you may be asked to produce it as proof of payment. You may use the online payment system for payments using major debit and credit cards. You may pay by guaranteed personal or business cheque and deposit payments using this method and bank transfers should reach our account within agreed timelines. You may make payments by BACS, CHAPS or Standing Order direct to our bank account. Bank Account Details are available on checking out using our online service or on request. For companies and corporate bodies, invoices are payable on reciept with a 50% deposit payment required to secure a booking for any of our services. All charges are subject to VAT and VAT invoices or proposed charges are provided to you when you make a payment or request a quotation. There is a surcharge for delivery using external carriers, and refundable deposits payable for the use of food coolers, use of chafers, china, silver and glassware and a separate premium for facilitation attendance and or to transport other goods and equipment to your location. Costs are available when you enquire and depend on the services you want. Delivery is free for cooked food only when supplied within a 3 mile radius on orders for more than 30 guests. Catering Service Contracts with Naijamaican We encourage you to contact us by telephone and or email us to discuss your needs with us in order to allow us to provide a personalised service geared toward your needs. You are welcome to view our current guide services listing and prices prior to making contact with us and we are happy to negotiate costs with you within reason. You are welcome to supply your own food ingredients and condiments if you prefer. We will always provide you with clear instructions and a guide to keeping all foods prepared by us safe for consumption. We normally request for a 50% deposit for all catering orders except where otherwise agreed. We will normally provide you will a full written quotation on request and an invoice as per purchase order/quotation once you have placed a firm order with us. We will normally provide you with clear timelines and costs for services and provide advance notice times for orders, and agree timings for delivery or collection or orders. We will endevour to meet your needs when you place an order with us and may suggest other contractors to you if we are unable to meet your needs. If you utilise the services of a contractor we recommend or refer you to, you are responsible for vetting these external contractors to ensure that they meet your needs. All balances are payable on delivery or collection of your order, you may do this by cash, guaranteed cheque or opt to use our secure payment invoicing system.
A refundable deposit will be required for coolers and a small fee will be charged for food vats, tubs and trays.You may collect or ask for your orders to be delivered to your address. We ask that you use our online pricelists, forms and information to ascertain the type of the goods and services you require and are happy to tailor these to your budget or needs. Recipes & Food Gallery The Basics I try and test all the recipes I provide. I generally cook by eye and so it is a complex task getting all the weights and measures done when cooking, writing it all out and testing driving it and then typing and uploading it for others to view, download and use once I am sure it works fine. This generally involves cooking the meal, trying it out then repeating the process measuring out all ingredients as I go along, then eating the product, storing and eating it to determine storage parameters and finally retesting the recipe once more before publishing. Please do not be offended if a request for an electronic copy of a recipe is not immediate. You are welcome to order a copy of recipes which will be sent to you in printed format on high quality card with a folder and includes telephone support. The photos on the recipes page are all of meals I have cooked and photographed and the accompanying recipes are of exactly what went in the pot.
